I made my first sailingtrip yesterday. We had a local race in the club and through Couchsurfing I found a fellow crewmember who arrived just in time for the event. It was a lot of fun even though we did really bad in the race. We missed the start totally and from there it only got worse. But that doesn’t matter really. We enjoyed the trip and I found some things to improve. Information is power, isn’t it?
I’ve fixed some of the leaking from the engine. I tightened a filter that wasn’t in order and that solved a part of the problem.
I’m thinking about moving out to the boat soon, but I’m not sure either. We’ll see.
